The Contract for The Supply of Goods and Services
Any display of goods and/or services on the website for IR-Heating amounts up to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer for sale of products or services at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of goods and/or services is deemed to exist between the customer and the retailer (IR-Heating) unless, and not until, there is a confirmation sent by IR-Heating confirming payment has been successfully made and an order has been accepted and raised.
The mentioned confirmation e-mail is an acceptance by IR-Heating of an offer made by you to purchase goods and services from IR-Heating. The acceptance is in effect, irrespective of whether you receive said e-mail or not.
IR-Heating are free to disengage from any prospective contract at any time prior to its acceptance. The freedom to disengage from said contract also applies in any occurrence of and error or inaccuracy in the respect of the goods or services, the relevant information to the goods or services e.g., description, the availability of the goods or services as well as the order itself.
Any price or availability of any good or service are subject to change without notice.

Precautions have been made to ensure that the greatest care is taken that any content displayed on this website is as accurate as possible and all prices quoted are correct, alongside all the goods being described fairly. If there are any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies then we reserve the right to correct and update the information with no notice prior to the change.
Any use of the information or materials found on this website is entirely at your own risk and we shall not be held liable for. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any goods, services, or information available on this website meet their requirements.
If an item on this website is mistakenly under-priced, no liability will be accepted for supplying the items at the stated price provided that you are notified before your order has been dispatched. On any occasion where this applies, you can make a decision on whether or not you are willing to go ahead with your order. If you decide not to, a full refund will be issued in accordance with our returns policy.
All promotions, codes, discounts, and offers are subject to change without any prior notice by IR-Heating and are subject to terms and conditions. IR-Heating reserve the right to remove any promotions. Unless otherwise stated, discounts and promotional offers do not apply to Controls or Accessories. Any already discounted products such as clearance items are not included in any promotional discounts.
Any order placed with us on the IR-Heating website are fully charged at the time you place your order. Once an order has been placed you will be unable to change that order.
Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has cleared for your order. For any delays caused due to payment issues and/or incorrect payment information IR-Heating will not be held responsible. There is no obligation for us to contact you if your order is complete, but if the contact information is supplied, we may do so.
Confirmation of placing an order is sent via e-mail as well as an electronic invoice.
Delivery Of an Order
Subject to stock availability and under normal circumstances, orders placed before 1pm on weekdays (Monday-Friday) are dispatched for delivery within 2 – 3 days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays and Bank holidays when your order will be processed on the next working day.
Should there be delivery issues that are outside of our control, and you have waited up to 30 days for delivery and still have not received anything, contact us and we can help with a resolution.
The shipping address supplied when the order is complete is where delivery will be made unless prior or subsequent change of address has been agreed and must match the address of your payment card. We will not dispatch to addresses that do not match the registered address of the card holder. The accuracy of said address is important and if you notice any errors on your confirmation or invoice e-mails, please contact us to resolve it. Unless caused by any negligence from IR-Heating, no liability can be accepted for any loss, damages or delays that are a result of incorrect delivery information.

Cancellation Of an Order
Cancellation By the Customer
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 every customer has the right to cancel an order that is within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. No reason for the cancellation is needed and unless otherwise stated, no penalty will be charged.
If you have received your item(s), the non-faulty returns procedure highlighted in our returns policy will need to be followed.
If the item(s) are still on our premises, the order can be cancelled, and the amount refunded to you as per our returns policy.
Cancellation By IR-Heating
IR-Heating reserves the right to cancel an order if one of the following reasons below are valid:
1. There is insufficient stock to fulfil an order.
2. Delivery cannot be made to address you have supplied.
3. The delivery is outside the UK Mainland.
4. One or more products that you have placed an order for was displayed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information supplied to us by one of our suppliers.
5. The product is not available from our main supplier.
If a cancellation is made by us, an e-mail notification will be sent, and the account which payment was made from will be credited within 30 days in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
Our Policy on Refunds
For orders that have not been dispatched, the cost of the order, including any delivery charges, will be refunded back into the account the order was paid from.
Any orders that have already been dispatched will need to be returned to us within fourteen days of you notifying us of your return before any reimbursements for the goods can be made our returns policy will need to be followed.
Any refunds will only be made when all products agreed to be refunded have been returned to us in good condition, whether this agreement was reached over the telephone or by e-mail. The items are to be returned by the customer to our warehouse at their own cost and risk.
All refunds will be made to the account used to make payment (Pay Pal or Card) within 30 days from the date of an order cancellation. If the order has already been dispatched, then it will be from the date the items were received back and inspected and approved for return.

Limitations Of Liability
Unless specifically stated on the site, Dowsett Solutions Limited (IR-Heating) as well as any directors, employees or any other representative are not liable for damages that arise or in connection of the use of this site or any goods and/or services supplied. The limitation of liabilities applies to any and all kinds of damage including compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages, a loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
It is a criminal offence to provide an untrue name or an invalid credit card company knowingly. Anyone who is caught willingly entering fictitious and/or erroneous details will be prosecuted by the law to the fullest extent. Electronic fingerprints are tracked on every order placed through this website to help enable us and all crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace the users that have been engaging in any criminal behaviour on this website.
Unless stated differently, any product on the website for IR-Heating is subject to a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover against any failures of performance or damages that have arisen due to Acts of God or any form of abuse, abnormal use or misuse. You are also not covered when there is use in violation of any applicable standard, codes or instructions for use including without limitation to those contained in the latest safety, industry and/or electrical standards for the relevant region(s).
Alterations In Terms
IR-Heating reserves the right to change these terms at any time without any prior notice. The modifications made to these terms are deemed to be effective from the date and time they are posted on the IR-Heating website.
